The process of applying for a job at ILF is designed to make things as easy and straightforward as possible for you.
The application process may vary slightly depending on the country you are applying to work in. Applications will be dealt with by the HR contact(s) at your prospective office location.

4. Start working at ILF - Make sure that your CV is easy to read, complete and up to date. During interviews, we like to let applicants talk us through their CV. We also always ask about your desired salary. It would be good if you could give some thought to this question beforehand.
- You are welcome to arrive at our office building a few minutes before the interview to allow you time to prepare for the interview in our waiting area without any stress.
- If your interview is being held online, make sure that you have a good internet connection, that the sound and camera are working, and that you can talk without being disturbed. It is important for us to be able to listen carefully to you throughout the interview.
- Be authentic and open about your expectations of your future employer during the interview. What do you expect from ILF? What can we do/provide as an employer to make you feel comfortable? Don’t be afraid to openly express your wishes and thoughts. Your interview partner at ILF will be equally open with you.
